Simple Guide on Islamic Exorcism -The Evil Eye

Posted on Updated on

Islamic Exorcism and Evil Eye or Nazar

The evil eye is the name for a sickness or misfortune transmitted, usually with or without intention, by someone who is envious, jealous, and covetous or even a pious person from among man or jinn. MashAllah, it could affect children, adults, livestock, and any kind of materialistic items, and the most vulnerable are the very young, the wealthy and the beautiful. To cast out an evil eye its not necessary to see the victim, the evil-eye can be transmitted even just by visualizing or imagining or even with a very limited description of the target person for example a person can cast-out an evil eye even on himself just by imagining or while look at himself in the mirror or even a blind person can cast out an evil eye just by visualizing the target person or a mother could herself un- intentionally cast out a evil eye on her child..etc. Our Prophet[SAW] has therefore advised us to recite ‘MashaAllah’, to prevent the casting-out an evil eye, therefore one should say ‘MashaAllah’ when praising or looking at anyone or any thing with excitement, in-order to avoid casting an evil eye to them.

Proof of Evil Eye / Nazar in Quran and Hadith

Solve all your problems using Ayat E Kareema ( Reciting Tasbi E Yunus 125000 times)

Posted by islamicexorcism on June 13, 2010

In the name of Allah the Most Beneficent, The most Merciful ! The famous dua which is known as Tasbi E Yunus – La ilaha illa anta, Subhanaka, Inni kuntu minaz-zalimin (There is none worthy of Worship besides You, You are far exalted and above all weaknesses, Surely, I’ am from among the wrongdoers) that was recited by Hazrat Yunus AS inside the belly of the fish/whale is described in Surah Al-Anbiya (21) verses 87 and 88 as follows: “And remember Zun-nun, when he departed in wrath: He imagined that We had no power over him! But he cried through the depths of darkness, There is no god but thou: glory to thee: I was indeed wrong! So We listened to him: and delivered him from distress: and thus do We deliver those who have faith.”[21: 87-88]

Word of Caution: Many people recite Tasbi Yunus incorrectly as “Inni kuntum” instead of “Inni kuntu”.
Incorrect: La ilaha illa anta, Subhanaka, Inni kuntum minaz-zalimin
Correct: La ilaha illa anta, Subhanaka, Inni kuntu minaz-zalimin

Ayat E Kareema

This dua / tasbi is very beneficial and virtuous as it includes three important and essential acts prescribed in Islam
1. Expression of Tauheed(Oneness of Allah) in La ilaha illa anta[There is none worthy of Worship besides You]: There are various hadith that explain the virtues and benefits of this expression, we get to know that, all messengers beginning from Adam AS to our last Prophet SAW were sent to this world with the common message of ‘Kalima Tauheed’, it is this kalimah that is the means of salvation for us in this world and the hereafter, it is only though this Kalima that we would qualify for the intercession of our Prophet SAW in the hereafter, it is through this Kalima we get freedom from punishments and hardships of the hereafter, it is this Kalima that is key to all the doors of Paradise, it is this Kalima that overweight’s all the deeds on the Scale of deeds, it is through this Kalimah we would be granted the blessed vision of Allah in the hereafter, it is this Kalimah that is declared as the best Zikar of Allah, it is this Kalima that reaches Allah directly without any barriers, it is this Kalimah that strengthens our faith and free’s us from the greatest sin of shirk and no Muslim is a Muslim without understanding and proclaiming this expression, therefore, from this we get to know the high benefits and virtues associated with this expression.
2. Glorification of Allah in Subhanaka[You are far exalted and above all weaknesses]: Again there are several benefits of reciting this expression, some that have been mentioned in hadith are: “Subhanallaah” is one of Allah’s dearest words, it is from the words that Allah has chosen for His angels, for every recitation a tree is planted in paradise, this word fills half the scale of deeds, for every letter contained in the expression about 10 virtues are recorded, the reward of one recitation is more than Mount Uhud, for every recitation 20 virtues are recorded and 20 sins are erased, there are mentioned as every lasting deeds and with its recitation, the sins fall like leaves fall from trees. These benefits derived from few hadith are sufficient to explain the high status of this expression in the sight of Allah SWT.
3. Seeking Forgiveness in Inni kuntu minaz-zalimin[Surely, I’ am from among the wrongdoers] compromises an acknowledgment of sin, which in turn includes a humble request of forgiveness. Allah declares in the Quran that “Surely Allah loves those who turn unto him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves.”[2:222] and definitely, the people who Allah loves would be the ones who would be blessed with his Mercy, Kindness and Peace. This fact is also confirmed by our Propher[SAW] in one of traditions narrated by Ibn `Abbas (RA) in which he reported: The Prophet of Allah (SAW) said, ‘If anyone constantly seeks pardon (from Allah), Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress and relief him from every anxiety, and will provide sustenance for him from where he expects not.'[Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah and Ahmad]. Few other benefits of seeking forgiveness are highlighted in Surah Nuh (71) verses 10 to 12 in which Allah says” Saying: Ask forgiveness from your Lord; for He is Oft-Forgiving; He will send rain to you in abundance; Give you increase in wealth and sons; and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers (of flowing water)”. From this we can conclude that, the act of seeking forgiveness is vital and essential to overcome distress and for achieve great success in both the worlds.

The benefits of reciting Tasbi E Yunus is highlighted in the following hadith:
1. Sa’d Ibne Malik RA narates: I heard Prophet SAW Saying: Should I not inform you of Allah’s Greatest Name (Isme Azam) when dua is invoked with it, it is accepted and what is asked for thought it is given? This is the supplication through which Yunus AS called Allah from within three darkness. This is as under:La ilaha illa anta,Subhanaka,Inni kuntu minaz-zalimin (There is no god but You, You are far exalted and above all weaknesses, and I was indeed the wrongdoer). A man asked: O Rasulullah, Is this dua special for Yunus AS or for all the believers? Prophet SAW said: Have you not heard the words of Allah(in the Quran):”And We delivered Yunus(AS) of his distress, thus We grant deliverance to all believers[Quran]”. Rasulullah SAW said: When any Muslim makes dua with these words during his illness 40 times and then, if he dies of that disease, he is granted the reward of a martyr and if he recovers from that disease, then all his sins are forgiven. [Mustadrak Hakim]
2. Sa’d ibn Waqas (RA) reported that the Prophet (SAW) said, “The supplication made by the Companion of the Fish (Prophet Yunus (as)) in the belly of the fish was (the above). If any Muslim supplicates in these words, his supplication will be accepted/responded to.” In another report, Prophet[SAW] says “I know words that will cause Allah to remove one’s distress. These are the words (of supplication) of my brother Yunus[AS] “[at-Tirmidhi; an-Nisa’I, al-Hakim]

Method of recitation: To solve any problem or to overcome any difficulty, after making a common intention, this dua (Tasbi E Yunus) should be recited continuously at any time as much as possible, till the problem is resolved.

If a person is suffering from blackmagic, spells, jinn or any sickness/disease and dosen’t know what to do and has no one to help him, such a person should daily after every obligatory salaat/prayers place his hand over the chest and recite- ‘A-oo-zo-billaah,‘A-oo-zo-billaah,‘A-oo-zo-billaah Be Haqqe La ilaha illa anta, Subhanaka, Inni kuntu minaz-zalimin – 40x and then blow it on his chest 3x and then over his hands 3x and he should sweep his hands all over the body from head to toe, inshaAllah this will not only strengthen his faith but will also create a protective shield around the body and cure the magic and the sickness.

AMAL of Ayat E Kareema

The amal of Ayat E Kareema consists of reciting Tasbi E Yunus ( that Prophet Yunus AS recited in the Belly of the whale) about 125000 times with one common purpose and intention over a period of time. This amal could be done by a single person individually over a period of days and weeks or could be done in a group in a single sitting or over a period of time till the count of 125000 is complete. The count of 125000 has been prescribed by various saints of Allah based on their wisdom and experience, and MashaAllah several people have benefited from this amal, so InshaAllah, through this amal one could fulfill any need or resolve any problems like:

• In case this amal is being done to treat deadly disease or for strong cases of sihir or jinn’s, every member reciting this tasbi/dua should blow 3x with full force into huge can of drinking water which could be used by the victim for drinking, washing and spraying(on the body and house of the victim).

If there are about 4 people in a group and every person recites this tasbi 2500x this amal can be complted in about 12 days and on the last day the remaining 5000 can be recited to complete the count of 125000.

FullFill Any Need using Tasbi E Yunus

This is a simple and very effective amal that should be done for 11 days daily without any breaks, InshaAllah, any dua or request will be accepted by Allah SWT due to the immense blessings contained in this amal.

Destroy And Banish the effects of Black Magic, Demonic Possessions and Evil Eye the Easy Islamic way

Posted on

In The Name Of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful. Exorcism is a ritual or a practice of banishing or cleansing or curing a person or a place from evil influences of Jinn’s also called as ghosts, sprits, demons, etc. Islamic Exorcism procedures include the usage of ‘Ruqyah’ or ‘Incantations’ that comprises of all lawful incantations, Quranic verses and Prophetic supplications that call upon The One and Only One, True God of the Heavens and Earth, in-order to seek His help and mercy for cure and protection against evil influences of Jinn. These lawful incantations are termed as ‘Ruqyah Ash Shareeya’ and its usage is based on a authentic hadith reported in Sahi Muslim in which Prophet[SAW] said: “Present to me those who provide treatment by way of ruqyah. There is no objection to ruqyah ash long as it is free of polytheism.”.

Sickness or Disease in human’s could be a result of (1) Purely Medical reasons or Physiological reasons and /or (2) Paranormal reasons caused by Jinns, Black-Magic and Evil Eye that finally reflect as medical disorders in patients.

Medical treatments are only useful and beneficial while treating diseases that are caused by ‘medical disorders’, whereas, Islamic Healing or Islamic Exorcism or Quranic Healing procedures can MashaAllah not only effectively treat ‘Paranormal Disorders’ caused by Jinns and Sihir / Magic, but all kinds of deadly and incurable ‘Medical Disorders’, as mentioned in the Glorious Quran “We sent down in the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe.” [QURAN 17: 82]

Terminologies:

  • Sihir –> BlackMagic or Sorcery or Jadoo or Witchcraft.
  • Jinn –> Demons or Spirit or Ghost or Satan or Aatma or Saya
  • Ayin –> Evil Eye or Nazar or Drishti
  • Exorcist –> Amil or Raqi or Spiritual Healer or any pious person doing the amal/treatment[can be a pious relative, friend of the victim or the victim himself doing the self treatment]
  • Victim –> Person suffering from Sickness due to sihir, jinn, ayin or medical reasons.

The Quranic healing therapy during Islamic Exorcism is 100% safe, as mentioned in the QURAN 17: 82, that Quran is a healing and mercy for the believers, but loss to the unjust. Usually people under sihir or influence of Jinn, react to the Quran negatively, because the Quranic verses tend to punish and burn the evil/unjust Jinns that are nesting in their bodies and that’s why they react negatively, and these reaction are very noticeable in the victims. However, this is just during the initial phases, with continued Quranic treatment all the Jinn’s will be forced to leave and once they leave or get burnt and die, there would be signs of improvement visible in the victims.

Islamic Exorcism, Sihir / BlackMagic and Jinns

Sihir or BlackMagic is done with the help of Jinn’s, there could be multiple Jinns involved in the process, that are sent by the magician or sahir to trouble and cause loss to the victim. The target could be a man, his family, his livestock, his business, his wealth, his health, his relationship with mother or wife…etc. Using magic to break magic or to visit fortunetellers and magicians is considered a major sin and is Haram in Islam. To deal with them one should only use the Quranic verses and Lawful Amal / Dua / Supplications, and this is only the best and the most effective treatment against cases of Black-Magic, Possession or Evil Eye.

Black magic is condemned and declared as unlawful and as a major sin in Islam, the Prophet (SAW) said, “Whoever blows on knots practices magic, and whoever practices magic is a mushrik (polytheist).” (Tabarani). Even visiting the magicians is declared as a major sin in Islam, Hazrat `Abdullah ibn Mas`ud[RA] reported, “Anyone who goes to a diviner, a practitioner of magic or a soothsayer, asking something and believing in what he says, denies what was revealed to Muhammad.” (Reported by Al-Bazzar and Abu Ya`la).

Proof OF Sihir In Quran and Hadith

Quran

  1. “And [I seek refuge] from the evil of the witches who blow on knots.” [Qur’an, 113:4]
  2. “Their magic caused it to appear to him that they were crawling.” [Qur’an, 20:66]

Hadith

Hazrat ‘Aisha[RA] narrates: Magic was worked on Allah’s Apostle so that he used to think that he had sexual relations with his wives while he actually had not (Sufyan said: That is the hardest kind of magic as it has such an effect)[Sahi Al-Bukhari]

Proof of Jinn And Possessions / Mass in Quran and Hadith

Quran

“Those who devour usury will not stand except as stand one whom the satan/jinn by his touch Hath driven to madness.” [Qur’aan, 2:275]

Hadith

  1. Hazrat Safiyyah[RA] reported that Prophet (SAW) said: “Verily, Satan flows in the bloodstream of Aadam’s descendents.” [Sahih Muslim]
  2. Hazrath Ya’laa ibn Murrah[RA] said: “I saw the Allah’s Messenger(SAW)do three things which no one before or after me saw. I went with him on a trip. On the way we passed by a woman sitting at the roadside with a young boy. She called out, ‘O Messenger of Allah, this boy is afflicted with a trial, and from him we have also been afflicted with a trial. I do not know how many times per day he is seized with fits.’ He said, ‘Give him to me.’ So she lifted him up to the Prophet (SAW). He then placed the boy between himself and the middle of the saddle, opened the boy’s mouth and blew in it three times, says, ‘In the name of Allah; I am the slave of Allah. Get out, enemy of Allaah!’ Then he gave the boy back to her and said, ‘Meet us on our return at this same place and inform us how he has fared.’ We then went. On our return, we found her in the same place with three sheep. When he said to her, ‘How has your son faired?’ she replied, ‘By the One who sent you with the truth, we have not detected anything [unusual] in his behavior up to this time…’ [Al-Musnad Ahmad]

How Is BlackMagic / Sihir Done ?
For cases of Black-Magic, the Jinn involuntary(forced by the magician) under the orders of the magician causes harm to the victim by possession him and making him sick or causing him physical harm as per the instructions of his master, the magician.

  1. The Sahir or Magician, does rituals of shirk and ku’fr like – praising, worshipping, seeking refuge, offering scarifies, taking oaths to or in the name of the Chief of Jinns/Shyateen, and tries his best to please him(Chief Jinn). Some magicians please the Chief Jinn’s by nazbillah disrespecting the holy Quran by writing it with dirt and filth[menstrual blood, semen, etc], wearing the Quranic script in their shoes and walking with it into filthy places like toilets, etc, yet others please the Jinn Chief’s by committing Haram acts like incest, homosexuality, mocking and making fun of Islam, prophets, pious people..etc
  2. The Jinn’s chief once pleased and confident about the ku’fr, shirk and loyalty of the magician, sings up a contract/ agreement with the Sahir that in return to the powers and slave Jinns he would be granting him, he(sahir) should spend the rest of his life doing the rituals of ku’fr and shirk and obeying his(Chief Jinn’s) orders. The type and the nature of contracts may vary from Chief Jinns to Jinns and once the contract is signed by the sahir, the Jinn Chief hands over some of his servant jinn’s or Shyateen to serve the evil magician.
  3. The paymaster or relative or friend of the victim approaches the magician and asks him to cast a spell on the victim.
  4. The magician asks the paymaster to provide some personal information or items belonging to the victim like–full name along with his mothers name, his date of birth and place, the victims garments that has some sweat, his body remains like hair or nails, his photograph or dust of his house, etc
  5. The magician than summons his servant jinns [by rituals of Ku’fr and shirk and calling their names] for the present task in hand based on their skills, talent and experience and then casts a spell on the victims and binds some of his Jinns to the spell. More the complicated task, more the experienced and skilled jinns he will choose.
  6. Some times the magicians cast a spell on some food and drink and ask the paymaster to feed it to the targeted victim, or the magician may casts the spell on some dust or amulet or doll, etc and asks the paymaster to bury it in the victims house, so that the Jinns can easily locate the targeted victim or once some spell is casted, the Jinns then using the personal information that was provided by the paymaster track and locate the victim.
  7. Once the Jinn’s locate the victim, they then stalk or follow the victim for some time and wait for the right moment to possess and cause harm to him.
  8. When the victim is in extreme anger or extreme fear or extreme state of pleasure or forgetfulness or if in a sexual unclean state [in Janaba without a wadhu] or state of committing sin, the Jinns enters his body(of the victim) and possess him.
  9. The Jinn’s inside the body, usually settled down in the central control unit of the victim body i.e brain (or sometimes heart causing heart to beat faster or any part of the body), now they have a complete control of the body and can cause him any kind of harm based on the spell and instructions of the magician like creating hatred or love for a specific person or causing him sickness or whispering inside his mind, or causing him to do unusual things, etc
  10. At any time if the slave jinn or Jinns refuse to carry out the orders of the sahir, he(sahir) performs rituals and summons the Chief of Jinn/Shyateen who inturn punishes the slave Jinns and forces them to do the task of the sahir.

How A Demonic Possession Occurs ?
For cases of Demonic possession, the Jinn voluntary on his own, causes harm to the victim by possessing him and making him sick.

  1. The Jinns follow the victim with intentions of causing him harm due to – revenge(when the victim accidentally caused harm to the jinn or his family by urinating on him, or accidentally hurting him by throwing a stone or water or accidentally step over him or his family) or Love and lust (the victim visits a new place like park, cemetery, houses. The jinn see the victim and falls in love with him.) or the victim is practicing some dark arts that attract the Jinn’s like Ouija Board, Kundalini, Qigong and ends up un-intentionally calling or invoking them or the victim touches an ancient antique like an ancient relic, stone idol, opening a bottle or a treasure chest or opening a grave with a mummy..etc that have Jinn’s protecting or bound to them or the Jinns may even follow and possess a victim just for fun and play.
  2. The Jinn’s then stalk or follow the victim for some time and wait for the right moment to possess and cause harm to him.
  3. When the victim is in extreme anger or extreme fear or extreme state of pleasure or forgetfulness or if in a sexual unclean state [in Janaba without a wadhu] or state of committing sin, the Jinns enters his body(of the victim) and possess him.
  4. The Jinn’s inside the body, usually settled down in the central control unit of the victim body i.e brain (or sometimes heart causing heart to beat faster or any part of the body), now they have a complete control of the body and can cause him any kind of harm he likes.

Reaction on Reciting Quran or Listening to Quranic verses played on Music player or Computer

The victims who are affected by Jinn or BlackMagic may get strong reactions or get violent or display signs like: fits or Seizures or heavy burping or hiccups or vomitus or headache or choked or increase in heart beats or excessive sweating or feels sleepy or drowsy or vomiting or chest congestion or uncontrollably laughing / crying /blinking or pain or numbness in limbs, feeling painful needle pricks on the body..etc on listening to Quranic recitations or Ruqyah or even Azaan. Reactions vary from person to person, but remember not all kinds of diagnoses are 100% effective.

Note: If the all the above symptoms are noticeable after visiting a place such as graveyard, temple, ancient tombs or monument, resting under a tree…etc or after fall or hurting oneself in a new place, it most likely to be a case of Demonic Possession.

Diagnosis of Sihir/Black-magic or Demonic Possessions

Reactions vary from person to person, but remember not all kinds of diagnoses are 100% effective.

Method 1: The victims should check and verify, whether their symptoms look similar to those mentioned above. If any of symptoms match, it’s more likely that they are affected and are under the influence of magic or Jinn.

Method 2: This diagnosis could be done at any time but the preferred time is an evening, as the jinn’s spread out during that time. The following steps should be followed to complete the diagnosis.

  1. Purchase or download ‘Ruqyah’ or ‘Manzil Verses’ CD/MP3/Tapes, you can do search in ‘google’ with search string as ’Ruqyah mp3’ or ‘Quran Manzil mp3’ or you could download one from http://www.4shared.com/file/93408704/235a3ba6/Ruqyah_FIRE_.html
  2. The victim should put on clean clothes and make wadhu.
  3. The exorcist should recite- Aytul Kursi 1x, and last two Quls 3x to 7x, and blow 3x times on any ‘halal perfume’ and ask the victim to deeply inhale/smell it a few times.
  4. Play the ‘Ruqyah’ verses on Mp3/Computer/Music Player, the victim should put on the head/ear phones(if not available normal speakers will suffice) and should listen to the verses with full concentration closing his eyes[to avoid distractions], patiently for about 45 mins.
  5. An observer, a third person or the exorcist should check the reactions of the victim and if the reactions as similar to those mentioned under ‘Reaction on Reciting Quran’, it’s a confirmed case of Sihir or Demonic Possession.
  6. If the victim displays no reactions the first time, the victim should continue the same procedure[of listening] for few days consistently[say at least 7 to 21 days], and if there are no reactions at all, it’s more likely to be a case of ‘Evil Eye’ or a case of ‘pure medical disorder’. Therefore, this victim should be given treatment of ‘Evil-Eye’ mentioned in this Blog along with immediate medical attention.

Method 3: It’s a known fact that different jinns respond and react to different verses of Quran differently, in this amal we try to use verses that should induce reactions in all kinds of evil jinns, InshaAllah. The diagnosis procedures vary across the exorcists and so does the results, and remember not all diagnosis are 100% successful, one may or may not be able to diagnosis a patient accurately. The success of every amal/diagnosis is only dependent on the will of ALLAH alone.

Items required: (1) Some “none alcoholic Halal Perfume” or attar (2) some cotton (3) two bottles filled with drinking water(bottle A) and (bottle B).
Note: Step 1 and Step 2 should preferably be done away from the patient, and the victim is only required in step 3.

Step 1: Make your self ‘Spiritually Strong’ before the main amal.

  1. Any Istiqfar -40 x – easy one – ‘Astaghfirullaahi wa ‘atoobu e-lay-h
  2. Third Kalimah or Tasbai Fatimah – 40 x – Subhaanal-laahi Walhamdu-Lillaahi, wa laa ilaa-ha ill-lal-laahu wallahu Akbar
  3. BISMILLAAHI YA HAYYU YA QAYYUM YA ZAL JALAALI WAL IKRAM YA ARHAMAR RAHEMEEN. AMEEN. YA RABBIL ‘A-LAMEEN – 40X
  4. Any Darood -40x – easy one – ALLAH humma Sali’ala Muhammad

Step 2: Recite the following in Arabic by referring to any Arabic Quran.

  1. Auzubillaah hi Mi-nash Shyataan Ir-rajeem BisMillaah Ir-rah-maan Ir-ra-heem -1x
  2. Any Darood -3x – easy one – ALLAH humma Sali’ala Muhammad
  3. “Surely! the strategy of the Shaitan is weak.” [Quran Surah NISA 4:76] -33x
  4. “No doubt! The curse of Allah is on the oppressors.” [Quran Surah HUD 11:18] -33x
  5. “For the Rejecters we have prepared chains, yokes, and a blazing Fire.”[Quran Surah INSAN 76:4] -33x
  6. “On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defense will ye have: Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?” [Quran RAHMAN 55:35-36] –33x
  7. Any Darood -3x – easy one – ALLAH humma Sali’ala Muhammad
  8. AMEEN. AMEEN. YA RABBIL ‘A-LAMEEN.
  9. Take a deep breath and blow 3x with full force into ‘halal perfume’ and into the water in ‘bottle A’ and close their lids.

Step 3: Should be done by the victim, preferably at nights because from hadith we come to know the jinns spread out at those times.

  1. The recited ‘halal perfume’ should be poured on some cotton[remember to close the lid of the perfume bottle] and the victim should deeply inhale the recited ‘halal perfume’ on the cotton and also apply traces on it on the forehead, neck, hands and toes.
  2. Pour some recited water from ‘bottle A’ into ‘glass A’ and some normal water from ‘bottle B’ into ‘glass B’ and close the lids of both the bottles.
  3. The victim should first sip the water of ‘glass B’, just like drinking a few sips of tea/coffee. This water will have normal taste.
  4. The victim should then sip the recited water of ‘glass A’, just like drinking a few sips of tea/coffee. This water inshaAllah we taste different, it may be taste sweet or bitter or sour, after the taste is identified the victim should drink it completely[drink one glass a day after identifying the taste].
  5. All steps described in ‘Step 3′, shoule be repeated for 3 to 7 days, if taste of water in ‘glass A’ is normal and if there are no reactions after using the perfume or drinking the water for about 7 days, we can say the victim is either under an ‘Evil Eye’ or has a ‘Medical Disorder’.

Results: If the recited water tastes different than the normal water or if the victims displays negative reactions or if his condition worsens after drinking recited water of ‘Glass A’, we can conclude that the victim is under the influence of either sihir or jinn.

If the JINN or Sihir is weak, InsahaAllah, during the diagnosis itself [if the victim uses the recited perfume and the recited water for a few days] the sihir will break or the jinn’s will leave.

Note: If there is a doubt in any case, ‘Islamic Healing’ procedures or amal’s could be used because Allah himself has mentioned that Quran is a ‘healing and mercy’ for the believers. So in any case the victims are always benefited by ‘Islamic Healing’ procedures.

Treatment of BlackMagic and Possessions or Demonic Influence

The complete procedure of Islamic Exorcism is explained in about eight different steps, and below is the summary of steps that are applicable to either the ‘Exorcist’ or the ‘Victim’.

Exorcist –> Step 1, Step 2(only for cases of Sihir not for Jinn Possessions), Step 3, Step 6, Step 8.

Victim –>Step 1, Step 2(only for cases of Sihir not for Jinn Possessions), Step 3, Step 4, Step 5, Step 7, Step 8.

Step 1:The victim(and/or exorcist or the person doing the exorcism) should purify and cleanse his body and his house from all Sins. One should firstly clean and dispose all items/things in their premises like – dog, bell, musical instruments, pictures/painting/dolls of living people and animals; non-Islamic taweez or amulets hanging around anyone or in house etc, then offer 2 units of ‘Salatul Tauba’ and sincerely repent for all his sins. One should also check the list of major sins[like haram food and drink, adultery, disobedience to parents or husband, music and dancing, zina of eyes i.e watching un-islamic videos, zina of tounge..etc, visiting astrologer/ fortuneteller /magician, living on unlawful earning…etc] that could block Allah’s mercy and blessings and one needs to abstain from them and sincerely repent to ALlah and ask His forgiveness.

Step 2: Neutralize and Destroy any magical amulets, taweez or strings/thread or any magical items.

Magical amulets usually have jinns tied to them, if they are found and destroyed the effects of the Sihir will fade away InshaAllah. If the victim finds or has any magical amulets in his body or houses, he should destroy it by following the steps below:

  • Get some water or kitchen vinegar.
  • Recite – Aytul Kursi – 1x and last three Surah / last three Quls – 7x to 11x each and give 3x powerful blows into the water/vinegar.
  • Reciting Ya Salaamu[O Giver of Peace] continuously, pour some recited water/vinegar over the place from where the amulet was retrieved.
  • Reciting Ya Salaamu[O Giver of Peace] continuously, dismantle the amulet completely i.e cut it or break it, to separate the casing from the writing or script or incantations written on paper or cloth or leather of the amulet.
  • Submerge, all the pieces of the amulet completely into the recited water/vinegar and place some heavy stone over it so that it gets submerged properly.
  • Leave it for over 24 hours submerged, preferably outside the premises of the victim’s house.
  • Dump the casing into garbage and check if writing/scipt is visible, dry it slightly and then burn it before dumping it into river, or sea or burying it somewhere in the ground outside the house[burning is to prevent disrespect of any quranic verses if present on the amulet].
  • InshaAllah, this will neutralize and release the tied Jinn’s from the amulet and the magic will be broken.

Step 3: The victim(and/or exorcist or the person doing the exorcism) should strengthen his faith and trust on Allah and then create protective shields around himself: To strengthen the faith and trust on Allah, offer 5 times salat, give as much as charity as possible for the sake of Allah, spend times in morning and evening reciting Istiqfar, Darood and Zikir ‘La-elah-el-lal-lah’ as much as one can. To create protective shield around one self recite –Dua of Protection ‘A’oozu bi-ka-li-maa-til-laa-hit-taam-maati min sharri maa kha-laq Wa-la-huw-la Wala-khu-wa-ta El-la-bil-la-hil-‘Ali-yil-‘Azeem [I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil of what He has created and there is no Power or Might except Allah; the High, the Great;] excessively and especially 3x after every salat and also during times of anger, fear and anxiety. This will not only create a protective shield around the body but will also weaken the nesting Jinns in the body and will also force them to leave and will also ruin all the plans of the magicians and his paymaster, MashaALlah. Also recite this dua 3x or 7x times and blow it on the hands and rub it over the entire body once before doing the amal, to prevent counter attacks from the jinns.

Step 4: Create Protective shield around the House: Apart from practicing the amal mentioned above, the victims in-order to neutralize and banish all kinds of evil jinn in their premises, should play Surah Baqarah[2] (if not available play Manzil) on a computer or any audio or stereo system or mobile at-least once every day or night for 7 to 21 days in a row without any gaps, it will have devastating effect on the Jinn’s in the house and will force them to leave, MashaAllah. For protecting our homes against any Jinn and Magic as per the hadith one should recite – Aytul Kursi and last two verses of Surah Baqrah once or thrice every morning and every evening consistently every day with the intentions of “Protecting, safety and security of the house and its people against all evils”.

Step 5: Items required for the AMAL or Holy Ritual And Procedure to use them

Items required:

  1. Drinking water or ZamZam Water: After the amal/ritual the victim will use this water for drinking, washing and spraying(inside the house).
  2. 3 whole Lime [not lemon or orange] or ½ cup of apple cidar vingerfor every bath.
  3. About 7 Leaves of Indian Baierie tree[leaves of red berry fruit tree] or Lotus or Jujube or sidir or neem or Custard Apple or betel(pan) leaves or a mixture of leaves from various trees . Crush them with a stone or a machine and extract all the juice. This should be added for every bath.
  4. Olive oil or Mustard oil or Black seed oil[optional]:This is optional and could be used on patients who are bedridden and cannot take a bath. Some Olive oil or Mustard oil or Black seed oil, after doing any of the below mentioned amal’s, 3x powerful blows should be done on the oil. This recited oil should then be rubbed on limbs, stomach, back, neck and traces on the forehead of the patient mornings and evenings.
  5. Non-Alcoholic Rose essence or oil or perfume[optional]: Few drops can be added to the water, while bathing or rinsing the body and few drops can be added to the water while spraying inside the house. The advantage of using perfume it that since the evil jinn/ shayateen dislike good smell and perfume’s, using them will have a devastating effect on them.
  6. Crystalline salt or Rock Salt[optional]: Few spoons of salt can be added to the water, while bathing or rinsing the body and few spoons can be added to the water while spraying inside the house. There is no problem when this is added with other ingredients like rose essence or vinegar..etc

Note:

  • If (3) not available please use only (1) and (2)
  • Consensus of Exorcist agree that items like lime, vinegar, baierie leaves, black pepper, ginger..etc are known to burn the Jinn’s and we therefore use it with recited water to Mashaallah have a devastating effect on Jinn or group of jinns nesting inside the victims body.

How Much of Water Is Required to Blow after Amal

The water should be sufficient enough to be used for at-least a week for drinking, washing our body and spraying on the house. As the amal will be repeated every 7 to 10 days till the victims becomes normal and no abnormalities are visible.

Drinking: 1 glass in morning and 1 glass in evening: 2 *7 = 14 glasses

Washing: Approx 2 glasses for every wadhu/bath : 2 * 7 =14 glasses

Spraying on house: Approx 2 glasses every day: 2 * 7 = 14 glasses

Please make sure you have additional water so that you don’t run out of water and have to repeat the amal again. Its preferable to have the water in a medium sized plastic can/container’s with lids then can be closed after 3x or more blows are given into the water after the amal, the cans will also ensure that the recited water is safe and free from pollution once the lid is closed.

How to use them:

After the amal is done the reciter/the exorcist should immediately take a deep breath and blow with full pressure 3x or more times on the water[after blowing close the lid of the container saying ‘Bismilaah’] every blow should be done with full strength/energy after taking a deep breath so that the waves hit the water, its ok if some spittle enters the water.

  1. The victim should be given at-least one glass of recited water every morning and evening. The victim should drink the recited water daily till he recovers completely. While drinking the water, the victim should recite ‘BISMILLAAHI Ya Shafi[In the name of Allah, O Giver of Cure]’.
  2. For every spiritual bath, in the evening get one/two glass of recited water squeeze 3 whole lime or equivalent vinegar and add about 7 crushed Baierie leaves[with all the extracted Juice along with the crushed leaves] into the recited water and add additional tap water[approx 1 liters] sufficient enough for the person to make wadhu/ghusul or rinse his body with it. Before entering the washroom, the victim should recite the ‘dua of entering washroom’ and then make an dua in the heart ‘’ YA HAYYU YA QAYYUM Please cure and purify me from all evil influences of men and jinn that trouble and harm him. Ameen-3x”. The victim should make wadhu / ghusul or rinse his complete body with this mixture in a big bowl or vessel or bucket so that the dirty water can be collected and later thrown on some ground or garden or in pots rather than in drain or bathroom. This mixture should also be nicely rubbed on the victims head, shoulders, neck, chest, back, stomach and other places of pain and heaviness while bathing [avoid rubbing mixture on eyes as lime /vinegar may cause some burning]. This procedure should be repeated for about 7 to 12 days, every evening. Note: If the victim cannot take bath, try a sponge bath i.e drench a clean towel in a mixture of recited water, lime, baierie leaves and normal water, and wipe it all over the body.
  3. The recited water should also be sprayed on every wall and the ceiling of the house, on beds, curtains, furniture, at the entrance and outer boundaries of the house at-least once every day preferably in the evenings, except inside the bathrooms or washroom or toilets. This should be repeated daily till the patient recovers completely.

Note: Initially during the treatment the things might get worse because the evil jinn may try to retaliate the treatment, however, the victims should undergo the treatment continuously, without any gaps for 11 days, 21days or until things get better. And also save some recited water to recycle it with new water during the next amal.

Step 6: Treatment by Amal-e-Shariah or Holy Ritual against BlackMagic or Jinn’s

The below amals are very simple, but yet effective MashaAllah and could be done by any pious muslim, a practicing muslim, it may be anyone, a pious relative, a pious neighbour or a pious Imam of a Masjid or the victim himself, who offers five times salat and who abstains from sins and is dutiful to Allah and loves the sunnah. The exorcist or amil or raqi or the self treating patient should follow the below steps:

  1. Put on clean Islamic clothes – For men trousers should be above the anklets, for women make sure your are in hajib.
    2. Make wadhu with concentration and use miswaak/siwak/sewak if possible as from hadith we know that it increases the blessings.
    3. Offer 2 units of “salatul tauba” and sincerely repent to Allah and ask forgiveness for all sins.
    4. Offer 2 units of “salutul hajjath” and ask Allah to help and support you to treat the person.
    5. To protect our selves from counter attacks of Jinns during treatment, recite the below and blow 3x times on the hands and rub the hands on the face and from head to toe all over the body. Remember to recite it with the intention of “protecting and sheilding” against all evil attacks.
  • Aytul Kursi 1x and last 3 Surah / Quls 3x to 7x and/or the below ‘dua of protection’.
  • ‘A’oozu bi-ka-li-maa-til-laa-hit-taam-maati min sharri maa kha-laq Wa-la-huw-la Wala-khu-wa-ta El-la-bil-la-hil-‘Ali-yil-‘Azeem – 7x or 11x or more
  • This is optional, for High Grade cases – recite complete Surah Yaseen once.
  1. Amal to make the exorcist or the person doing the amal/treatment “Spiritually Strong” before the main amal for treatment: Recite the following 40x to 100x, more the recitation more will our amal be powerful and strong, InshaAllah.
  • Any Istiqfar -40 x – easy one – ‘Astaghfirullaahi wa ‘atoobu e-lay-h
  • Third Kalimah or Tasbai Fatimah – 40 x – Subhaanal-laahi Walhamdu-Lillaahi, wa laa ilaa-ha ill-lal-laahu wallahu Akbar
  • BISMILLAAHI YA HAYYU YA QAYYUM YA ZAL JALAALI WAL IKRAM YA ARHAMAR RAHEMEEN. AMEEN. YA RABBIL ‘A-LAMEEN – 40X
  • Any Darood -40x – easy one – ALLAH humma Sali’ala Muhammad

Amal done during the time of Tahajud[after midnight and before time of Fajar] is considerd to be “the Best and Most poweful” as per the following hadith in which Hazrat Anas[RA] reported that Prophet[SAW] said : “Prayer in my mosque is equal to ten thousand prayers elsewhere. And prayer in the Sacred Mosque is equivalent to one hundred thousand prayers elsewhere. And prayer in the battlefield is equivalent to one million prayers elsewhere. And what is more than all of that is two rak`ahs performed by a servant of Allah during the middle of the night.“[Ibn Hibban]

  1. After doing the amal in this step, immediately blow 3x or more, with full force and pressure such that the breath/waves hit the water and/or oil, the patient should then use this recited water for drinking and washing and the oil for anointing himself.

For complete instructions reffer to “Guidelines for the treatment of Black Magic (sihir), Jinns (demons) and all evils

“LIME AMAL”:When the Jinn is too stubborn and refuses to leave the victim, take about 3 to 5 whole limes and cut them into halves, and apart from giving 3x blows into water after doing the amal’s, also blow 3x or more, with full force on pulp of the cut lime pieces so that every piece[its pulp] gets 3x blows. Now, press the one piece of lime[it’s pulp not the outer covering] on top of the victims head and another piece on the chest or stomach and hold both the pieces strongly for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the victim looks relieved after some burps, numbness or movements in the body. The used lime pieces could be dumped into a river or sea or places faraway out side the house were people don’t walk. Wrap the extra pieces of lime in a plastic bag[to prevent air from polluting them] and store them in the refrigerator for next usage. Repeat this procedure with the other pieces of lime, for the next few days. IshaAllah the strongest of the strong Jinns will leave the host very soon.

OR

“Black Pepper AMAL”: While treating cases of demonic possessions, when the Jinn is too stubborn and refuses to leave the victim, apart from giving 3x blows into water after doing the amal’s, also give 3x blows on a handful of ‘Whole Black Pepper seeds’ [about ¼ kg]. Every day the victim should deeply smell about 5 to 6 pepper seeds and chew and eat them, the remaining seeds should be wrapped and kept in bottle or paper for the next day. InshaAllah, with this amal on ‘Black Pepper Seeds’ the strongest of the strong jinn’s will leave its host.

Step 7: Diet Guide: Below are few foods recommended during spiritual healing and its advisable to eat them only after getting a proper confirmation from the medical doctor who is treating the victim.

  1. Pomegranate(For strength and cleansing the body from Jinns): Pomegranate juice is rich in Potassium, folic acid, Vitamins and Antioxidants and its benefits with regards to satan / jinn are mentioned in this following hadith in which Prophet[SA] has mentioned that “Pomegranate cleanses you of Satan and from evil aspirations for 40 days”. Therefore, it’s highly recommended that during the treatment the victim should drink juice extracted out of one whole pomegranate about 30 to 45 mins before breakfast daily for about 7 to 12 days or at his convenience.
  2. Dates(For strength and protection against Blackmagic): Dates are very rich in proteins and vitamins and from Quran we come to know that food for Hazrath Maryam[AS] during her pregnancy was dates and from hadith we come to that our prophet[SA] recommended Hazrath Ayshiya[RA] dates when she was suffering from giddiness. It is therefore advised that the physically weak patient should have dates to strengthen his immune system and body. Based of the following hadith its recommended that the victim eats 7[least] or more dates [preferably from City of Medina] once every morning and once every evening as a cure and protection against Sihir- ‘Amir b. Sa’d b. Abu Waqqas reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: He who ate seven ‘Ajwa'[City of Medina] dates in the morning, poison and magic will not harm him on that day[Muslim]. There are other narrations that also mention seven dates[not necessary from Medina], so if dates from Medina are not available, any dates should be fine.
  3. Olive Oi[For treatment and cleansing the body from sickness]l: In the Quran, Allah himself says “I swear by the fig and the olive” [95:1] this in itself is sufficient to proof the importance of Olive. Furthermore the following hadith shows the benefits of Olive oil- Hazrath Abu Hurairah[RA] narrates that the Prophet[SA] stated, “Eat the olive oil and apply it (locally), since there is cure for seventy diseases in it, one of them is Leprosy.”[Abu Naim]. The victims should therefore take one sip of olive oil daily and a massage some of the recited oil over his body.
  4. Melon(For strength and blessings): Melon are fat or cholesterol free rich source of vitamins A, B6,C, fibre, potassium, antioxidants and lycopene. Prophet[SA] has recommended melon for [weak] women during pregnancy and the following hadith shows that it not only has physical benefits but also several spiritual benefits- (1) Prophet[SA] said “None of your women who are pregnant and eat of watermelon will fail to produce offspring who are good in countenance and good in character”. (2) Prophet[SA] said “Whenever you eat fruit, eat melon, because it is the fruit of Paradise and contains a 1000 blessings and a 1000 mercies. The eating of it cures every disease.”. Its therefore advisable for the weak patient to eat melon’s with the intention of “Strengthening himself, receiving blessing and mercies from Allah.”

Note: Apart from this based of experiences from a few exorcists we can say that during the treatment period the victim should strictly avoid smoking, eating meat, chicken, fish, eggs, etc[because few of these are the food of the jinns] and the victim should preferably live on a vegetarian diet.

Step 8: Strong Protection Against Sihir and Jinn:The magicians are known to renew the magic from time to time, therefore to prevent his jinn’s from attacking and causing harm to the victim, the victim should daily do the following without any gaps or breaks to remain immune from black magic or cases of Possessions.

  • Abstain from all kinds of sins, because sins weaken our amal and our protective shields and delays the Mercy and Blessing of Allah from reaching us.
  • Recite ‘Bismillah’ on every thing, from hadith we come to know that this word weakens the Jinn to the size of fly and also shields us from them. Therefore make it a practice of reciting ‘Bismillah’ on eating, drinking, undressing, closing door, windows, utensils, before any task, upon entering the house, at the time of leaving the house..etc
  • Try to be in the state of wadhu /ablution at all times, and specifically during nights before going to bed, because from hadith we come to know that once wadhu is made before going to bed, Allah assigns a guardian angel to guard the person thought the night.
  • Recite Aytual Kursi and the ‘Dua of Protection’ mention above after every ‘salat’ or ‘namaz’, this is one of the best forms of protection.
  • Recite the 4th Kalimah 10x in morning and 10x in the evening to remain immune to Jinn and Magic.Hazrat Abu Zar[RA] says whosoever recites: La ilaha illallahu Wah-dahu la shari-ka-lahu lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu yuhyi-wa-yumitu bi yadihil khairu wa huwa ala kulli shain qadeer[There is no one worthy of worship except Allah who is one without partner. The kingdom is His and he alone deserves praise. he gives life and death. All kinds of good is in His power and He has power over everything.] 10 times after fajr prayer sitting in the posture of prayer will remain immune from the jinn/devil’s injury for the whole day, 10 merits will be entered into his record, he will be raised 10 degrees in status and 10 of his sins will be obliterated.[Tirmizi]. In another narration of Tirmizi, Hazrat Amara bin Shabib[RA] narrates the same hadith, but about reciting this kalimah after Saltul Majrib.
  • Recite this dua 3x in morning and 3x in evening. Prophet[SA] said: Whoever recites it three times in the morning will not be afflicted by any calamity before evening, and whoever recites it three times in the evening will not be overtaken by any calamity before morning. [Abu Dawud,Tirmithi,Ibn Majah,Ahmad] Bis-mil-laahil-la-zee laa ya-zhur-ru ma ‘as-mi-hi shay’un fil-‘ar-zhi wa laa fis-samaa’i wa Hu-was-Samee ‘ul- ‘Aleem . [In the Name of Allah, Who with His Name nothing can cause harm in the earth nor in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing]
  • Recite the masnoon dua before entering the restrooms, toilets, wash rooms -” In the name of Allah, O Allah I seek refuge in you from the males and females (of shaitans)”.
  • At nights before going to bed, recite – Aytual Kursi and the last two verses of surah Baqrah[Surah 2], this provides a very strong protection against all harms for the entire night.
  • Recite the “dua of protection” mentioned above, abundantly at all times and specifically at times of – fear, anger, forgetfulness, depression, anxiety..etc, because its known that the Jinn’s potentially harm or possess the victims during such mental states.
  • For cure against Sihir and any Sickness recite “SALAMUN KAWLAM MIR RABIR RAHEEM [Peace! -a word (of salutation) from a Lord Most Merciful!] “ [Surah Yaseen 36:58] abundantly. The victim can also read this when ever he has doubt about any people harming him or doubt about someone giving him sihir through food and drink, so one should at-letast recite this verse 3x before eating or drinking anything suspicious.

Remember not to inform anyone about the treatment and if things get worse after the complete treatment or after the victim has recovered, it means that a new spell or black-magic has been done on him and he should therefore continue the same treatment again and always follow the steps mentioned in “Strong Protection Against Sihir and Jinn” to remain immune to any spells, magic, jinn and evil eye.

Amal For Cases of Emergency against Jinn and Sihir
A single person or a group of people can do this amal as a Jamath, they should preferably sit around the patient (with patient lying on the bed or sting on the chair) and do this amal.

  10. AMEEN. AMEEN. YA RABBIL ‘A-LAMEEN.
  11. Every 15 min’s during the amal, blow on the patient and on the water 3x and also after completion of the amal, take a deep breath and give 3x or more powerful blows on the patient and also into the water and/or oil.

Step 4: The recited water should be given to the patient to drink, and should also be rubbed on his face, head, stomach, limbs, and back. You can provide a light sponge bath to the victim with the recited water adding juice squeezed out of one lime.
Note:

  • All the people doing this amal in a congregation should have a common intention i.e “Cure the person completely from all evil influences of sihir, jinn and men and restore his health to normal”.
  • The group of people should do the amal such that the total count of the entire group for (7) is 62x. All other steps should be repeated by every person.
  • In case of restrictions at the medical hospital, the amal could be done at a distant place away from the victim but in a congregation [as from hadith we come to know that there are great blessing in Jamath] and the recited water can later be given to the victim.
  • This amal has to be completed in one sitting.
  • During the recitation, if the patient does strange things or if the blood in his vomit/stool increases or his suffering increases, do not panic, but complete the amal, InshaAllah things will become normal.
  • InshaAllah, after the completion of this amal the victim may recover immediately, but if necessary the same amal could be repeated for 3 more days.

Remember even if your pet or plantations or farm or land is suspected of being under the influence of sihir or jinn, the recited water should be regularly sprayed on them till things look normal.

Some of the Signs of Magicians, Sorcerers and How To Identify Them

Posted on

Magicians practicing sorcery have certain features and signs that prove that they are obeying and worshipping the devils (shayaateen) and are in league with them. The ruling of magic (witchcraft, sorcery) is that it is disbelief (kufr) and anyone indulging in it is a kafir (disbeliever). There is no such thing as “good” magic. All magic (sihr) is haraam.

Please note that when many of these signs are combined and found together, it gives a much greater likelihood of this person being a magician. Some of these signs are such which if found in isolation may simply hint at the person being a magician, and others are such which if found on their own are clear signs of a magician.

Signs of the Practitioners of Magic (Sihr)

From these signs are:

  • The magician will ask you for some clothing which has been in direct contact with your body, they are looking for something which has traces of sweat upon it. It can also be a comb, or some hair, or a picture (photo).
  • The magician will ask you for your name and the name of your mother. This type of magician is potentially greater in his disbelief than others, because the devils are prepared to work for him through names alone, without the need for any clothing or hair and the likes, which indicates his obedience to the devils is greater than others, and that he has reached a level with these devils that other lesser magicians have not.
  • He will chant or mumble what are talismans (spells, amulets) but in a language that is not understandable.
  • He will ask a person to keep away from the people for a defined time in a room in which no sunlight enters.
  • He will often be found in a dark room.
  • He will often use bukhoor (incense) or a fire in which he will put bukhoor (incense).
  • The magician will ask you for a sacrificial animal (chicken, sheep etc.) with a given description (i.e. age, size etc.) so that it is sacrificed in a specific way (without Allaah’s name being mentioned), and then its blood is used to smear on to the patient’s body (where he has his pain or disease), or the patient may be requested to go to a deserted buildings or places and asked to smear the blood, or it may be on stones or on trees in a certain location.
  • On some occasions the magician may tell the person his name, his mother’s name, the place he has come from, or the reason (problem, ailment, need) for which he has come. He gets this knowledge through the devils he is giving obedience to, and which he is summoning for this purpose.
  • He may give the person an amulet in the shape of a triangle or a square(made out of paper, or a cloth), or it could be out of leather, or it could be made out of silver, and inside of it there are written calls for help from the devils, coded through numbers and symbols, and words written backwards. He may ask the person to hang them around his neck or put them under the pillow.
  • He will write talismans, or amulets in which he mixes parts of the Qur’an, the names of the Prophets, or Companions, along with unknown names, symbols and combinations of numbers and letters.
  • He will write or prepare talismans on paper or otherwise and which will often contain five pointed stars – these five pointed stars represent Satan in occult symbolism.
  • He may give the person certain artifacts and ask him to bury them in the earth, in a specific location.
  • He may give the person pieces of paper mixed with pieces of wood and ask him to burn these papers and wood and use them as bukhoor (incense, fumigation) to fumigate himself with the smoke. And these papers are likely to be pages of the Qur’an torn into small pieces.
  • He may give him the skin of an animal (like a fox or wolf or jackal), or its teethand ask him to carry them, or he may give him black threads, or cords to hang in his car.
  • He may ask the person to wear a garment he gives him and ask him to wear it on a specific defined days, and the garment will be filled with talismans and amulets (they will be stitched into the garment).
  • He may give the person a ring to wear onto which talismans are etched, or a small padlock with its key inserted around which a talisman is attached with sellotape. And other odd things like this.
  • From the signs of the magician is belittlement of the Qur’an and its desecration, and this takes place in many ways.

These signs are found amongst many people claiming to be “faith-healers”, and they come out in the garb of faith, pretending to be pious, and they place advertisements in the papers and on the radio and television (in some Muslim lands) and in the Western lands also. So you should beware of these liars and worshipers of the devils, and warn everyone against them – to see how these people became magicians in the first place, read the following article:

313 Warriors of Light, Who Changed the World forever till the End Times

Posted on Updated on

Bismillah hir Rahman Nir Raheem

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent & the Most Merciful
Ask Allah`s Protection from The Satan (Shaitan) the Cursed One

313 Believers Versus 1300 Heavily Armed Kafirs
The Battle of Badr, fought 17 Ramadan 2 AH – Hijri in The Islamic calendar (March 17, 624 C.E.). The Most Decisive Battle Between Truth (Warriors of Light – Islam) & Falsehood (Warriors of Darkness – Kafirs – Pagans)

It is the beginning of the End of Pagans in Arabian Peninsula and it is the first step to the count down & start the Doom of Persian, Romans and Egyptian Empires (World Super Powers at the time)

Introduction:

At the time of the battle, Arabia was sparsely populated by a number of Arabic-speaking peoples

Some were Bedouin, pastoral nomads organized in tribes; some were agriculturalists living either in oases in the north or in the more fertile and thickly settled areas to the south (now Yemen and Oman). The majority of Arabs were adherents of numerous polytheistic religions. The battle of Badr however was the first large-scale engagement between the two forces

Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h)

Muhammad was born in Mecca around 570 C.E. into the Banū Hāshim clan of the Quraish tribe. When he was about forty years old, he is said to have experienced a divine revelation by Arch Angel Gabriel while he was meditating in a cave outside Mecca. He began to preach to his kin folk first privately and then publicly about oneness of God and Stopping them to worship the Idols

Response to his preaching both attracted followers and antagonized others. During this period Muhammad was protected by his uncle. When his uncle died in 619, the leadership of the Banū Hāshim passed to one of Muhammad’s enemies, Amr ibn Hishām, who withdrew the protection and stepped up persecution of the Muslim community

In 622, with open acts of violence being committed against the Muslims by their own fellow Quraishi – Pagans tribesmen , Muhammad and many of his followers fled to the neighbouring City of Medina. This migration is called the Hijra and marked the beginning of Muhammad’s reign as both a political as well as a religious leader

Reasons of the Battle of Badr:
Makkan tribe (Quraysh)

The emigration of the Holy Prophet Muhammad Pbuh ( sal-lal-lahu alai hi wa sallam) to Medina had turned the enemies from Mecca (Makkah) more hostile, and they constantly kept on thinking how they could overthrow him, and put an end to Islam

The Meccans and their allies started to bring their raids to the very outskirts of Medina, destroying the fruit trees of the Muslims and carrying away their flocks, not only they seize all Properties and Homes of Muslims in Mecca; who migrated to Medina to escape the but also start to persecute people who supported Muslims in Mecca and surroundings

Quraysh tribe had always been very unfriendly towards the prophet, popularity of Islam intimated them and started considering Muslims as a serious threat. Quraysh tried to join hands with Jews, hypocrites even people who lived between Makkah and Madina to stand against Muslims, Due to there ill behavior Prophet and his companions had to migrate towards madina

Allah permission to fight:

Allah revealed verses of the Quran giving permission to the Muslims to fight the disbelievers. Now the Muslims had the support of the Ansaar (People from Medina, Who converted to Islam), they had a place where Islam prevailed and where they could retreat. It was an appropriate time for Jihad

After the extreme and prolong attitude of Makkans, Message revealed by Arch Angel Gabriel to Prophet Muhammad Pbuh that Allah (Lord of Heavens & Earth) allow his prophet to retaliate but in self defence, because Islam seeks Peace
“Permission to fight is given to those (i.e. believers against those disbelievers), who are fighting them, (and) because they (believers) havebeen wronged, and surely Allah is Able to give them (believers) Victory.” [(22: 39)]

  • The policy of deterrence or preventing something to happen
  • The state of war was between two cities (Mecca & Madina)
  • The main strength of Quraysh was their trade, so Prophet of Allah directed his companions to attack caravans passing through route of madina to bring an economic pressure on the tribe
  • .Among one of the raids by muslims Amr Bin Hadrami was killed a guard of the caravanwhich gave an excuse to Makkans to revolt against muslims
  • On an other occasion caravan of Abu Sufyaan was tobe attack ,one of the worst enemy of islam, the intentions were to use this event as a bait to bring Makkans to battle
  • .Abu Suffayan sends a call for help to Mecca.
  • On early realization Abu Suffyah changed course.
  • As soon as Abu Sufyaan got his caravan safely away from the Muslims, he sent another message to Makkah that they were safe and no longer required assistance.
  • But it was to late.Abu Jahl was looking for an excuse to attack the Muslims.
  • He had been making preparations for almost a year,
  • He marched towards Madinah with an army of 1,000 fighters plus 300 Supporters, Dancers, cooks, Slaves & Helpers,700 camels and 300 horses.Abu Jahls men were well trained and well armed with spears, swords, bows and arrows, and shields.ABU JAHL
  • On hearing the news that the Kuffaar of Makkah had left with 1000 men to destroy the Muslims, Rasul Allah (Messenger of Allah) made consultation with the Sahaba (Muslim Companions) at Masji-e-Nabwi in Madinah.Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A.), Hazrat Umar (R.A.) from Muhajireen and Hazrat Saad bin Muaz from the Ansaar and the rest of the Muslims showed their willingness and desire to defend Islam against falsehood.
  • When Rasul -Allah was satisfied with the decision, he began preparations for the defence of Islam.
  • Rasul Allah (Prophet Muhammad Pbuh) left Madinah with 313 men including some teenage boys
  • They only had: 3 horses, 70 camels and a few swords
  • When they reached BADR, which was a mountainous region,Rasulullah made dua to Allah and pleaded
  • O Allah! should this small group of believers perish this day, then No one will be left on earth to worship you and carry your message to the rest of Humanity – Dua (Prayer) of Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him

The Battle of Badr Starts

The battle of Badr was the most important among the Islamic battles of Destiny. For the first time the followers of the new faith were put into a serious test. Had victory been the lot of the pagan army while the Islamic Forces were still at the beginning of their developments, the faith of Islam could have come to an end.

No one was aware of the importance of the outcome of the Battle as the Prophet (S) himself. We might read the depth of his anxiety in his prayer before the beginning of the Battle when he stood up supplicating his Lord :

“God this is Quraish. It has come with all its arrogance and boastfulness, trying to discredit Thy Apostle. God, I ask Thee to humiliate them tomorrow. God, if this Muslim band will perish today, Thou shall not be worshipped“

At this battle in which the pagan army consisted of 1,000 fighters plus 300 Supporters, Dancers, Slaves & Helpers versus 313 believers
The Islamic defence was a combination of three defensive lines :

1. The personality of the Messenger, his leadership and his unequalled firmness. He (S) was to the Muslims the final refuge at Badr and at every battle he attended.

2. The Hashmites (the clan of the Prophet S), led by Ali Ibn Abu Talib (as)who entered this battle relatively obscure and came out with unequalled military fame. His military performances became the popular subject of the Arab caravans conversations throughout the Arabic Peninsula

3. The hundreds of companions of the Messenger whose hearts were filled with the faith and readiness for sacrifice. Many of them viewed martyrdom to be a gain, equal to life and victory. These good companions were the army of Islam, its first line of defense and thick wall behind which the Messenger (S) used to stand. They were the attackers and the defenders.

As to the clan of the Messenger they were the ones that he used to call before any one else, to offer the heavy sacrifice. They used to stand in the first line of defense opening for the army the way through their thrusts in the line of the enemies. When the general offensives began and every companion participated, the clan of the Messenger (S) were the most damaging to the enemies. They were so at Badr and at the following battles.

The battle began when Utbah Ibn Rabi-ah, his son Al Walid and his brother Sheibah (all from the Ommayad) stood in front of the pagan army and asked the Prophet (S) to send to them their equals for a dual. Hundreds of companions were around him and many of them were expecting to be called upon by the Prophet (S) but he choose to start from his own family.

The load was heavy and the heavy load could be carried only by the people to whom it belonged as he called upon Ali, Al Hamza and Obeidah Al Harith (all from the clan of the Prophet) to face the three warriors. Ali destroyed Al Walid and Al Hamza killed Utbah; then they both assisted Obaidah against his opponent Sheibah. Sheibah died immediately and Obeidah was the first martyr at this battle. He died after he lost his leg.

When the general offensive began, hundreds of companions participated in the battle and offered sacrifices and pleased their Lord. But the members of the house of the Messenger (S) distinguished themselves. Ali’s endeavour was unique at this battle. When Hanth ala Ibn Abu Sufyan faced him, Ali liquefied his eyes with one blow from his sword. He annihilated Al Auss Ibn Saeed, and met Tuaima Ibn Oday and transfixed him with his spear, saying “You shall not dispute with us in God after today.”

The Messenger (S) took a handful of gravel when the battle was extremely heated. He threw it at the faces of the pagans saying “ May Your faces be disfigured. God, terrify their hearts and invalidated their feet. “ The pagans ran away, turning their faces to no one.

The Muslims went on killing them and taking prisoners. 70 pagans met their death, and the Muslims took from them 70 prisoners

This battle laid the foundation of the Islamic State and made out of the Muslims a force to be reckoned with by the dwellers of the Arabic Peninsula

    1. Praise be to Allaah.

Al-Bukhaari (2736) and Muslim (2677) narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah has ninety-nine names, one hundred less one. Whoever learns them will enter Paradise.”

Some of the scholars (such as Ibn Hazm – may Allaah have mercy on him) understood this hadeeth as meaning that the names of Allaah are limited to this number. See al-Muhalla, 1/51

But what Ibn Hazm said is not supported by the majority of scholars. Rather some of them (such as al-Nawawi) narrated that the scholars are agreed that the names of Allaah are not limited to this number. It seems that they regarded the view of Ibn Hazm as odd and as something that should not be paid any attention.

In support of the view that the beautiful names of Allaah are not limited to this number, they quoted the report narrated by Ahmad (3704) from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Mas’ood who said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There is no-one who is afflicted by distress and grief, and says: ‘Allaahumma inni ‘abduka ibn ‘abdika ibn amatija naasyati bi yadika, maada fiyya hukmuka, ‘adlun fiyya qadaa’uka. As’aluka bi kulli ismin huwa laka sammayta bihi nafsaka aw anzaltahu fi kitaabika aw ‘allamtahu ahadan min khalqika aw ista’tharta bihi fi ‘ilm il-ghayb ‘indaka an taj’al al-Qur’aana rabee’ qalbi wa noor sadri wa jalaa’ huzni wa dhihaab hammi (O Allaah, I am Your slave, son of Your slave, son of Your maidservant; my forelock is in Your hand, Your command over me is forever executed and Your decree over me is just. I ask You by every name belonging to You which You have named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or You taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the Unseen with You, that You make the Qur’aan the life of my heart and the light of my breast, and a departure for my sorrow and a release for my anxiety),’ but Allaah will take away his distress and grief, and replace it with joy.” He was asked: “O Messenger of Allaah, should we learn this?” He said: “Of course; everyone who hears it should learn it.”

      Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah, 199.

The phrase “or You have preserved in the knowledge of the Unseen with You” indicates that there are beautiful names of Allaah that He has kept with Him in the knowledge of the Unseen, and which none of His creation has come to know. This indicates that there are more than ninety-nine Names.

Shaykh al-Islam [Ibn Taymiyah] said concerning this hadeeth in Majmoo’ al-Fataawa (6/374):

This indicates that Allaah has more than ninety-nine names.

      And he said (22/482):

Al-Khattaabi said: This indicates that He has names that He has preserved with Him, and that indicates that the words “Allaah has ninety-nine names, whoever learns them will enter Paradise” mean that there are ninety-nine of His names which whoever learns them will enter Paradise. This is like saying, “I have one thousand dirhams which I have prepared to give in charity,” even if his wealth is greater than that. In the Qur’aan Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And (all) the Most Beautiful Names belong to Allaah, so call on Him by them”

      [al-A’raaf 7:180]

Allaah has commanded us to call upon Him by His names in general terms, He did not say that He has only ninety-nine names.

Al-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) stated in Sharh Saheeh Muslim that the scholars were unanimously agreed on that, and he said:

The scholars are unanimously agreed that this hadeeth does not mean that Allaah has only ninety-nine names, or that He does not have any other names apart from these ninety-nine. Rather what the hadeeth means is that whoever learns these ninety-nine will enter Paradise. The point is that one may enter Paradise by learning them, not that the number is limited to these names.

And Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen was asked about that and replied:

The names of Allaah are not limited to a certain number. The evidence for that is the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in the saheeh hadeeth: “O Allaah, I am Your slave, son of Your slave… I ask You by every name belonging to You which You have named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or You taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the Unseen with You.”

What Allaah has preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with Him cannot be known and what is not known is unlimited.

With regard to the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), “Allaah has ninety-nine names, one hundred less one. Whoever learns them will enter Paradise,” this does not mean that He does not have any names apart from these, rather it means that whoever learns these ninety-nine of His names will enter Paradise. This is like when the Arabs say: “I have one hundred horses which I have prepared for jihad for the sake of Allaah,” which does not mean that the speaker has only these hundred horses, rather these hundred are prepared for this purpose.

      Majmoo’ Fataawa Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, 1/122.

“Time is Slowly Disappearing from Our Universe” (Or, is It Timeless?)

What if the time part of the the space-time continuum equation was literally running out? Perhaps evidence suggests that time is slowly disappearing from our universe, and will one day vanish completely –a radical theory may explain a cosmological mystery that has puzzled scientists for years.

Scientists previously have measured the light from distant exploding stars to show that the universe is expanding at an accelerating rate. They assumed that these supernovae are spreading apart faster as the universe ages. Physicists also assumed that a kind of anti-gravitational force must be driving the galaxies apart, and started to call this unidentified force “dark energy”.The idea that time itself could cease to be in billions of years – and everything will grind to a halt – was proposed in 2009 by Professor José Senovilla, Marc Mars and Raül Vera of the University of the Basque Country, Bilbao, and University of Salamanca, Spain. The corollary to this radical end to time itself is an alternative explanation for “dark energy” – the mysterious antigravitational force that has been suggested to explain a cosmic phenomenon that has baffled scientists.

However, to this day no one actually knows what dark energy is, or where it comes from. Professor Senovilla, and colleagues have proposed a mind-bending alternative. They propose that there is no such thing as dark energy at all, and we’re looking at things backwards. Senovilla proposes that we have been fooled into thinking the expansion of the universe is accelerating, when in reality, time itself is slowing down. At an everyday level, the change would not be perceptible. However, it would be obvious from cosmic scale measurements tracking the course of the universe over billions of years. The change would be infinitesimally slow from a human perspective, but in terms of the vast perspective of cosmology, the study of ancient light from suns that shone billions of years ago, it could easily be measured

The team’s proposal, published in the journal Physical Review D, dismisses dark energy as fiction. Instead, Senovilla says, the appearance of acceleration is caused by time itself gradually slowing down, like a clock with a run-down battery.

“We do not say that the expansion of the universe itself is an illusion,” he explains. “What we say it may be an illusion is the acceleration of this expansion – that is, the possibility that the expansion is, and has been, increasing its rate.”

If time gradually slows “but we naively kept using our equations to derive the changes of the expansion with respect of ‘a standard flow of time’, then the simple models that we have constructed in our paper show that an “effective accelerated rate of the expansion” takes place.”

Currently, astronomers are able to discern the expansion speed of the universe using the so-called “red shift” technique. This technique relies on the understanding that stars moving away appear redder in color than ones moving towards us. Scientists look for supernovae of certain types that provide a sort of benchmark. However, the accuracy of these measurements depends on time remaining invariable throughout the universe. If time is slowing down, according to this new theory, our solitary time dimension is slowly turning into a new space dimension. Therefore the far-distant, ancient stars seen by cosmologists would from our perspective, look as though they were accelerating.

“Our calculations show that we would think that the expansion of the universe is accelerating,” says Prof Senovilla. The theory bases it’s idea on one particular variant of superstring theory, in which our universe is confined to the surface of a membrane, or brane, floating in a higher-dimensional space, known as the “bulk”. In billions of years, time would cease to be time altogether.

“Then everything will be frozen, like a snapshot of one instant, forever,” Senovilla told New Scientist magazine. “Our planet will be long gone by then.”

Though radical and in many way unprecedented, these ideas are not without support. Gary Gibbons, a cosmologist at Cambridge University, say the concept has merit. “We believe that time emerged during the Big Bang, and if time can emerge, it can also disappear – that’s just the reverse effect.”

In 2011, scientists at the Scientific Research Centre Bistra in Ptuj, Slovenia, theorized that the
Newtonian idea of time as an absolute quantity that flows on its own, along with the idea that time is the fourth dimension of spacetime, are incorrect. They propose to replace these concepts of time with a view that corresponds more accurately to the physical world: time as a measure of the numerical order of change.

In two papers in Physics Essays, Amrit Sorli, Davide Fiscaletti, and Dusan Klinar, begins by explaining how we usually assume that time is an absolute physical quantity that plays the role of the independent variable (time, t, is often the x-axis on graphs that show the evolution of a physical system). But, as they note, we never really measure t. What we do measure is an object’s frequency and speed. But, by itself, t has only a mathematical value, and no primary physical existence.

This view doesn’t mean that time does not exist, but that time has more to do with space than with the idea of an absolute time. So while 4D spacetime is usually considered to consist of three dimensions of space and one dimension of time, the researchers’ view suggests that it’s more correct to imagine spacetime as four dimensions of space. In other words, as they say, the Universe is “timeless.”

Minkowski space is not 3D + T, it is 4D,” the scientists write in their most recent paper. “The point of view which considers time to be a physical entity in which material changes occur is here replaced with a more convenient view of time being merely the numerical order of material change. This view corresponds better to the physical world and has more explanatory power in describing immediate physical phenomena: gravity, electrostatic interaction, information transfer by EPR experiment are physical phenomena carried directly by the space in which physical phenomena occur.”

“The idea of time being the fourth dimension of space did not bring much progress in physics and is in contradiction with the formalism of special relativity,” he said. “We are now developing a formalism of 3D quantum space based on Planck’s work. It seems that the Universe is 3D from the macro to the micro level to the Planck volume, which per formalism is 3D. In this 3D space there is no ‘length contraction,’ there is no ‘time dilation.’ What really exists is that the velocity of material change is ‘relative’ in the Einstein sense.”

The researchers give an example of this concept of time by imagining a photon that is moving between two points in space. The distance between these two points is composed of Planck distances, each of which is the smallest distance that the photon can move. (The fundamental unit of this motion is Planck time.) When the photon moves a Planck distance, it is moving exclusively in space and not in absolute time, the researchers explain. The photon can be thought of as moving from point 1 to point 2, and its position at point 1 is “before” its position at point 2 in the sense that the number 1 comes before the number 2 in the numerical order. Numerical order is not equivalent to temporal order, i.e., the number 1 does not exist before the number 2 in time, only numerically.

Without using time as the fourth dimension of spacetime, the physical world can be described more accurately. As physicist Enrico Prati noted in a recent study, Hamiltonian dynamics (equations in classical mechanics) is robustly well-defined without the concept of absolute time.

Other scientists have pointed out that the mathematical model of spacetime does not correspond to physical reality, and propose that a timeless “state space” provides a more accurate framework. The scientists also investigated the falsifiability of the two notions of time.

The concept of time as the fourth dimension of space — as a fundamental physical entity in which an experiment occurs — can be falsified by an experiment in which time does not exist, according to the scientists.

An example of an experiment in which time is not present as a fundamental entity is the Coulomb experiment; mathematically, this experiment takes place only in space. On the other hand, in the concept of time as a numerical order of change taking place in space, space is the fundamental physical entity in which a given experiment occurs. Although this concept could be falsified by an experiment in which time (measured by clocks) is not the numerical order of material change, such an experiment is not yet known.

“Newton theory on absolute time is not falsifiable; you cannot prove it or disprove it — you have to believe in it,” Sorli said. “The theory of time as the fourth dimension of space is falsifiable and in our last article we prove there are strong indications that it might be wrong. On the basis of experimental data, time is what we measure with clocks: with clocks we measure the numerical order of material change, i.e., motion in space.”

In addition to providing a more accurate description of the nature of physical reality, the concept of time as a numerical order of change can also resolve Zeno’s paradox of Achilles and the Tortoise. In this paradox, the faster Achilles gives the Tortoise a head start in the race. But although Achilles can run 10 times faster than the Tortoise, he can never surpass the Tortoise because, for every distance unit that Achilles runs, the Tortoise also runs 1/10 that distance. So whenever Achilles reaches a point where the Tortoise has been, the Tortoise has also moved slightly ahead. Although the conclusion that Achilles can never surpass the Tortoise is obviously false, there are many different proposed explanations for why the argument is flawed.

The paradox can be resolved by redefining velocity, so that the velocity of both runners is derived from the numerical order of their motion, rather than their displacement and direction in time. From this perspective, Achilles and the Tortoise move through space only, and Achilles can surpass Tortoise in space, though not in absolute time.

Some recent studies have challenged the theory that the brain represents time with an internal “clock” that emits neural ticks (the “pacemaker-accumulator” model) and suggest that the brain represents time in a spatially distributed way, by detecting the activation of different neural populations. Although we perceive events as occurring in the past, present, or future, these concepts may just be part of a psychological frame in which we experience material changes in space

A new theory of time by a trio of physicists in 2014, proposes that nearly all systems have a moment of “lowest complexity,” which they identify as a unique “past” from which two “futures” emerge. The trio is proposing a new direction for understanding the concept of time. In their paper published in the journal Physical Review Letters, Julian Barbour, of College Farm in the U.K., Tim Koslowski of the University of New Brunswick in Canada and Flavio Mercati of the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics also in Canada, describe their new ideas beginning with the suggestion that initial conditions don’t necessarily need to be imposed on time-symmetric law when attempting to describe solutions to behaviors that define an “arrow of time.”

The image below shows the configuration of masses evolving under Newtonian gravity.

The proposal by the trio though phrased in a way as to suggest it’s a solution to the arrow of time problem, it’s more likely to be considered as yet another theory that works mathematically, yet still can’t answer the basic question: what is time?

Where is Allah? Evidence that Allah is Exalted, High Above His Creations and Above the 7 Heavens

Posted on Updated on

Some people say that Allah is above the heavens (according to one of the verses of the Quran), and may scholars say that Allah exists without a place, since only the creation has the characteristic of needing a place and we know the ayah “Laysa-ka-mithli-he-shay” – (proving Allah does not resemble His creation); is He everywhere, existing without a place, or above the heavens?

Praise be to Allah,

The people of Sunnah and Jama’ah (adherents to the prophetic way) believe that Allah is exalted above His creation because of the evidence of the Quran, Sunnah (prophetic traditions), consensus of the scholars, common sense and man’s innate instinct (fitrah).

(1) The Quran describes the “exaltedness” or “highness” of Allah in different ways, as His being high and above, and by describing how things come down from Him, and go up to Him, and by stating that He is above heaven. For example (interpretations of the meaning):

(Highness):
“… and He is the Most High, the Most Great.” [2:255]

“Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High.” [87:1]

(Above):
“And He is the Irresistible, above His slaves …” [6:18]

“They fear their Lord above them, and they do what they are commanded.” [16:50]

(Things coming down from Him):

“He arranges (every) affair from the heavens to the earth … ” [32:5]

“Verily We: it is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e., the Quran) …” [15:9]

(Things going up to Him):

“… To Him ascend (all) the goodly words, and the righteous deeds exalt it …” [35:10]

“The angels and the Rooh (Jibreel) ascend to Him …” [70:4]

(Allah is above heaven):

“Do you feel secure that He, Who is over the heaven, will not cause the earth to sink with you …?” [67:16]

(2) The Sunnah: Many reports were narrated “mutawatir” (i.e. with a large number of narrators at every stage of the isnad/chain, such that it is impossible for them all to have agreed on a lie) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), describing his words and deeds and things of which he approved. For example, he used to say “Subhana Rabbi al-A’la (Glory be to my Lord Most High)” in sujood (prostration), and in some ahadeeth (reports) he is reported to have said “By Allah Who is above the Throne.”

Among his deeds is the gesture of pointing up with his finger, when addressing the people in the greatest gathering, on the Day of ‘Arafah during his Farewell Pilgrimage. He asked the people, “Have I not conveyed the message?” and they said, “Yes!” He asked again, “Have I not conveyed the message?” and they said, “Yes!” He asked a third time, “Have I not conveyed the message?” and they said “Yes!” Each time, he said: “O Allah, bear witness!” – pointing up to the sky and then at the people. He also used to raise his hands towards heaven when he made du’a (supplication), as reported in many ahadeeth. This is proof via his actions that Allah is exalted and high.

An example of an approval of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) which indicates that Allah is exalted and high is the hadeeth (report) concerning the young slave girl, to whom the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Where is Allah?” She said: “In heaven.” He asked, “Who am I?” She said, “The Messenger of Allah.” So he said to her master: “Set her free, for she is a believer.”

This young girl was uneducated, as many are, and she was a slave, but she knew that her Lord is above heaven. Some misguided people deny that Allah is above heaven, and say, “He is neither above nor below; neither to the right nor to the left. He is everywhere!”

(3) The consensus of the scholars: The salaf (pious predecessors) agreed that Allah is above heaven, as is reported by scholars such as al-Dhahabi, may Allah have mercy on him, in his book Al-‘Aluw li’l-‘Aliy al-Ghaffar.

(4) Common sense: Highness is a quality which is associated in people’s minds with perfection. If this is the case, then it should be attributed to Allah because every absolute perfection should be attributed to Him.

(5) The innate instinct of man (fitrah). There should be no dispute that man instinctively knows that Allah is above heaven. Whenever something overwhelming befalls a person, and he turns to Allah for help, he looks towards heaven, not in any other direction. But it is strange that those who deny that Allah is above His creation still raise their hands in supplication to no other direction than towards heaven.

Even Pharaoh, the enemy of Allah who disputed with Moosa (peace be upon him) about his Lord, told his minister Haman (interpretation of the meaning):

“O Haman! Build me a tower that I may arrive at the ways, – the ways of the heavens, and I may look upon the god of Moosa …” [40:36-37]

He knew in his heart of hearts that Allah is real, as He says (interpretation of the meaning): “And they belied them (those ayat/signs) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their own selves were convinced thereof …” [27:14]

These are a few of the indications that Allah is above the heavens; this proof comes from the Quran, the Sunnah, the consensus of the scholars, common sense, man’s own instincts and even the words of the non-Muslims.

We ask Allah to guide us towards the Truth.

And Allah knows best.
